Pick up Product Agent and publish your first listing.

Before you start

• An Android phone running Android 7.0 or later.
• The app is free to download from Google Play, and no card is required. The app shows your current credit availability and purchase options before you begin a listing workflow.
• Optional: a Shopify, eBay, WooCommerce, Square, or Wix store that you are authorised to manage. You can also use the app for photos only.

Step 1: Install and sign up

1. Install Product Agent: AI Listings from Google Play and open it. The download page has the official Google Play link.
2. Tap Create Account and enter your name, email, and a password, or continue with Google.
3. Read and accept the Terms and Privacy Policy. You need an internet connection the first time you accept them.
4. If you signed up with an email address, open the verification email and tap the link. Email sign-in stays blocked until the address is verified.
5. Sign in. You land on Flow Hub, the home screen.

Step 2: Get to know Flow Hub

Flow Hub is where every item lives, from first photo to published listing.

• Home shows active jobs, recent activity, and your credit balance in the Listings chip.
• The bottom bar has Home, History, New item, Stores, and Account.
• Create listing starts one item. Speed Mode is for capturing many items in a row.
• Each item card shows its status: Processing, Ready for review, Publishing, Published, or Needs attention. Cards that need you have a button on them, such as Review listing or Retry.

Step 3: Connect a store (optional, once)

Skip this if you only want processed photos. Otherwise open Stores and pick a platform.

• Shopify: enter your store URL or .myshopify.com name, tap Continue in Browser, log in, approve access, then return to the app.
• eBay: choose the eBay marketplace you sell on (for example Australia or United States), tap Authorise with eBay, approve in the browser, then return. Each connection is tied to one marketplace and currency.
• WooCommerce: enter your store URL and install the connector plugin on your WordPress site, then connect in the browser. If the browser connection fails, use Plugin Pairing: copy the app token from the app and paste it into the Product Agent screen in WordPress.
• Square: tap Authorise Square, approve access in the browser, then return. Use Configure to choose the default location, an optional category, and whether inventory counts are reconciled. Product Agent adds new items to your Square catalogue; it does not publish them to Square Online.
• Wix: tap Install on Wix, install Product Agent on your Wix site in the browser, then return. The store’s catalogue version is detected automatically, and Configure lets you set default categories and inventory tracking.

A connected store shows Connected in the Stores list. Use Test connection at any time. The eBay, Shopify, WooCommerce, Square, and Wix workflow pages explain what each destination receives.

Step 4: Create a new item

1. Tap Create listing.
2. Choose a destination: a connected store, All Stores, or Photos Only.
3. Select quality. This sets how many credits the item uses.
   • Fast Listing (1 credit): keeps your original photos and writes the listing.
   • Clean Background (2 credits): removes the background for a clean hero image.
   • AI Enhanced Listing (5 credits): builds a new studio scene. Pick a look such as Clean Studio, Luxury Marble, Golden Hour, or a category look like Jewellery or Power Tools.
4. Confirm. Check the destination and the listings used. Under Delivery, leave Review before dispatch on if you want to check the listing before it is sent. Turn on Auto dispatch to let approved items go straight to your store.
5. Tap Create & List (or Create & Capture for Photos Only).
6. Create item identity: tap Scan Barcode, Enter SKU, or Auto-generate ID, then Continue. You can rename an auto-generated ID later.

Step 5: Take the photos

1. Take the main product photo first. Centre the product, use a plain background, and get even light. This becomes the hero image.
2. Add detail photos for labels, tags, model plates, sizing, or condition. Hold the shutter to take a details shot. A green ring means it is saved. Details shots help the app identify the product and are never used as the hero image.
3. You can also Import from library instead of using the camera.
4. Tap the green tick to finish. Processing starts in the background and you return to Flow Hub.

Step 6: Let it process

The card moves through Identifying product, Preparing product images, Generating listing, and Preparing marketplace details. You can start the next item while this runs. The credits shown on the Confirm screen are used when the item is processed.

Step 7: Review the result

1. When the card says Ready for review, tap Review listing.
2. Check the photos. Hold a photo to compare with the Original. Use Use current photo as Hero Image to change the hero. Use Original, Remove Background (1 credit), and Premium Edit (5 credits) are available if you want a different result.
3. Check the identity fields: brand, model, and product code. Tap Fix Identity to correct them, then Save Identity.
4. Tap Approve All.

What happens next depends on your delivery setting:

• Review before dispatch: Quick Delivery opens so you can check the listing (Step 8).
• Auto dispatch: the listing and delivery continue automatically.
• Photos Only: the processed photos stay ready in Flow Hub.

Step 8: Deliver

Quick Delivery shows the AI-drafted Title, Description, Price, and Condition. eBay also needs an eBay Category. Edit anything you like, then choose:

• Deliver Now for Shopify and WooCommerce. The product is created or updated with your images, price, and stock.
• Publish Now or Save as Draft for eBay. Drafts appear under eBay Drafts in Flow Hub, where you can edit and publish them later.
• Add to Square catalogue for Square. A new catalogue item is created with your images, SKU, and price. Publishing it on Square Online stays in Square.
• Add to Wix store or Publish to Wix store for Wix. Products are added hidden unless you turn on Visible in Wix store first.

The card shows Publishing, then Published. Finished items move to History. For Square items and hidden Wix products, a completed delivery means the product was added, not that it is publicly visible. For Photos Only items, open the item and tap Share to send the processed photos anywhere.

If something needs attention

A card marked Needs attention opens the recovery options. Tap Retry processing or Retry delivery, or Finish Woo setup if your WooCommerce store still needs configuration. You can also Archive or Delete the item. Plan Update Needed means your plan or credits need updating: add a pack or refresh your plan, then retry.

Speed Mode for batches

1. In Flow Hub, tap Speed Mode.
2. Use the chips at the top of the camera to set destination, quality, AI coverage, and identity (Auto SKU, Manual SKU, or barcode) once.
3. Shoot each product. Every capture becomes its own item and is sent for processing automatically. The run bar shows what is queued, processing, or failed.

Store destinations in Speed Mode always auto dispatch. Choose Photos if you want to review each item first.

Credits and plans

• Free: free to download with the complete workflow, plus optional listing-credit packs and subscriptions.
• Studio: 125 credits each month.
• Premium Studio: 375 credits each month.
• Enterprise: custom terms.

Credit packs (Flex, Growth, Scale, and Business) add 125 to 5,000 credits at a time, and purchased credits never expire. Open Account → Billing & Plan or tap View packs on the home screen. Subscriptions are billed through Google Play, so cancel or change renewal from Manage in Google Play. Current allowances and reference prices are on the pricing page.

Teams

Open Account → Workspace to create a workspace and invite members. Members can use the workspace owner's shared credits or their own. Switch between your personal workspace and a team workspace from the Flow Hub header.
