Subscriptions
Google Play displays the final localised price, billing period, taxes, renewal terms, and payment confirmation. Monthly subscriptions are billed monthly. Annual subscriptions are billed annually, while the included Product Agent credits are granted monthly throughout the entitlement period.
Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled. Product Agent does not control Google Play payment approval, payment methods, storefront conversion, tax calculation, or renewal timing.
Managing or cancelling
Use the Product Agent Account or Plan screen to open Google Play subscription management, or visit Google Play subscriptions. Cancellation normally takes effect at the end of the current paid period unless Google Play or applicable law provides otherwise.
Refund requests
Request a refund for a Google Play purchase through Google Play purchase history or support. Refund availability depends on Google Play terms, the storefront, purchase timing, use, and applicable law. Product Agent support can investigate an entitlement mismatch or provide relevant service information but cannot guarantee Google Play will approve a refund.
Listing credits
- Credits may be reserved when an eligible workflow is accepted and committed after successful requested output.
- Eligible failed workflows release the reservation.
- A successful user-requested regeneration may consume another configured amount.
- Purchased listing-pack credits do not expire under the current product model.
- Refunded, reversed, charged-back, duplicated, or invalid purchases may result in corresponding credits being removed or reconciled.
Account deletion does not cancel renewal
Deleting your Product Agent account does not cancel a Google Play subscription. Cancel through Google Play before deleting the account if you do not want future renewals.

Nothing on this page excludes, restricts, or modifies rights or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded, including applicable Australian Consumer Law guarantees. For a purchase that succeeded but is not reflected in Product Agent, email support@productagent.app with the account email and Google Play order ID. Do not send payment-card details or purchase tokens.
