Account Deletion

Delete your account and associated app data.

Product Agent users can delete an account in the Android app or initiate a verified request by email without reinstalling the app.

This is the public deletion resource for the Product Agent Android app and developer. You do not need to reinstall the app to start a request.

Delete from the Android app

  1. Open Product Agent and sign in to the account you want to delete.
  2. Open Account.
  3. Under Data & Privacy, choose Delete Account.
  4. Review the warning, type DELETE, and confirm.
  5. If prompted, sign in again so Product Agent can verify recent authentication.

Request deletion by email

If you cannot access the app, email from the address used for the Product Agent account. Include the account email and any workspace name that may be relevant. We may send a verification message or ask for other limited information to confirm authority before deletion.

Email a deletion request

Do not send a password, Google Play purchase token, store credential, or API key.

Data intended to be deleted

  • Firebase Authentication account and active profile.
  • Captured and processed photos controlled by Product Agent.
  • Item groups, listing metadata, review and delivery state, local/cloud queue records, and preferences.
  • Connected-store credentials and connector state controlled by Product Agent.
  • Credit balance, usage state, and workspace ownership or membership records controlled by the account, subject to required workspace handoff and legal retention.

Data that may remain

Minimal records may remain where reasonably required for tax, billing, fraud prevention, security, legal claims, disputes, backups, or another lawful obligation. Product Agent’s current policy retains a minimal acceptance audit—version, timestamp, platform, app version, authentication provider, acceptance surface, and account UID—for six years after closure. It does not retain photos, home address, or IP address in that audit.

Verification and timing

We aim to acknowledge email requests promptly and complete verified deletion within 30 days. Complex workspace ownership, active disputes, legal holds, or third-party deletion requests may take longer; if so, we will explain the expected next step.

Cancel Google Play separately

Deleting the Product Agent account does not cancel a Google Play subscription. Open Google Play subscriptions to stop future renewal. For questions, email support@productagent.app or review the Privacy Policy.
